Walkoff Wild Pitch

Scoot Home, Scutaro.

J.P. Ricciardi Wants to Make it Seven?

Okay, so today we learned that the NHL will bid for the Phoenix Coyotes, because Jerry Reinsdorf, owner of the Chicago Bulls & White Sox has backed out. We also learned that the NHL will consider relocating the Coyotes if they need to, but not necessarily to Canada. Via the Drunk Jays Fans' Game Threat we know that Jerry Reinsdorf didn't know about the waiver claim on Alex Rios, nor approve picking up the salary. So JP puts Rios on waivers, Reinsdorf picks up the tab, and then he pulls out of the bidding war for the Coyotes? Just how Jim Blackberry thought it would work out. There is a deeper meaning to all of these coincidences, no doubt.

Late Nights, First Words

Night, night.
